SHIPPING POLICY
Our Fulfillment Center operates Monday through Friday from 6:00AM EST to 3:30PM EST, and we offer a 5-day-a-week shipping policy to our customers.
Orders placed during our regular business hours are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed outside of our regular business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day in the order in which they were received. We ship and deliver to APO and FPO.
We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery times and keep our customers informed of any delays or issues that may arise during shipping. Delivery times may vary due to driver schedules, traffic, weather and other factors. Orders shipped late in the day or on weekends may not be picked up until the next business day. Please do not worry if tracking results are not immediately available. Carriers take up to two business days to update information on their websites.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates and methods are available for your review during the checkout process before placing your final order. The rates shown include shipping and handling costs, which reflect the significant amount of packaging material we use to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Our rates are lower than our competitors because we negotiate the best possible rates with our carriers and pass on the discounts to you.
We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and strive to provide you with an excellent experience with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will replace or refund the purchase price, provided the return aligns with our policy below. You may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. After 30 days, you may initiate a return for store credit.
Returns You will need to send the product back to us to receive a refund. The returned product must be in new or gently used condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it and issue a refund for the original charge (including tax). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and it may take your financial institution 7-14 business days to reflect this transaction after receiving the notification email. If your original payment method is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
We do not charge for exchanges. However, there will be a charge for the difference if exchanging for higher-priced merchandise and a credit for lower-priced merchandise.
Items labeled as "FINAL SALE" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return or refund, including items purchased during Cyber Week promotions.
